There are challenges our firm will face this tax season:

1. We are closer to Capacity!

2. We are a near 100% virtual company located in Richmond, Virginia, but we will be back in Brentwood, CA, for limited face-to-face appointments. Please call me to book immediately. We will be at the same office location @ 9040 Brentwood Blvd., Suite C, Brentwood, CA 94513

3. Our Brentwood, CA, face-to-face availability:

   • Tuesday, March 4th: Travel to SFO Day!

   • Wednesday, March 5th: Drop off & Meeting Day 8 AM to 8 PM

   • Thursday, March 6th: Drop off & Meeting Day 8 AM to 8 PM

   • Friday, March 7th: Drop off & Meeting Day 8 AM to 8 PM

   • Saturday, March 8th: Flex Day

   • Sunday, March 9th: Flex Day

   • Monday, March 10th: Pick Up Day 8 AM to 8 PM

   • Tuesday, March 11th: Pick Up Day 8 AM to 8 PM

   • Wednesday, March 12th: Travel Back Home to RVA Day!

4. We can not get all of our clients processed by the April 15, 2024, deadline if no one files an extension

5. If we haven’t started your tax preparation process by March 25th, 2024, there is a strong chance we may have to file an extension if your return is more complicated

Please help us this year by:

1. Let us know if you need our assistance this year as soon as possible. 🙏🏿

2. For 2025, 95% of our clients have virtual relationships with us. For 2026, we will migrate everyone over to a 100% virtual. Please consider going virtual now if you are not. Virtual means not meeting in person.

3. Please check in ASAP by:

   1. Begin uploading your documents to the portal as you receive them for 2025.

   2. Call us to have a quick chat.

   3. Call us to schedule a virtual appointment as soon as possible. You don’t need all our documents.

   4. If you want to skip round 1, let us know so we can file an extension for you.

   5. If you don’t need our help this year, please let us know

4. About 45% to 50% of our clients go on extension each year! This helps us tremendously. Please let us know if we should file one for you. We will continue to file auto extensions for our clients who consistently use this option.

5. Don’t wait until the last minute to approach us if you expect to owe. We can process your return now and transmit it later.
